Whether you’re hiring an arena for an hour, booking a full day for focused training, or hosting a clinic with stabling, we keep things straightforward: professional facilities, clear pricing, and a smooth booking process.
- Indoor arena includes lights and mirrors.
- Outdoor arena is open and available year-round (weather dependent).
- Canter track may be closed during winter months.
- All hires require a signed rental agreement, completed in the NLE App (sign up required).
- Clinic organisers / overnight stabling will use the NLE App to complete agreements, read yard documents, and add details for riders, horses and stabling requirements.

Full-day options are available from 8:00am–8:00pm. Hourly hires are perfect for schooling sessions. All bookings require a signed rental agreement, completed via the NLE App (sign up required).

Our 40m x 20m outdoor arena is open and available to hire. A professional, inviting space for training sessions, clinics, and events. Use may be weather dependent.

Enjoy the use of our sand canter track for fitness work or controlled cantering. The track loops continuously around a central area measuring over 1 acre.

Spacious 12ft x 12ft outdoor stables - ideal for clinic attendees or overnight stays. You’ll be provided with an empty stable; bedding can be added on request (number of bales must be confirmed in advance via the NLE App).
If you need multiple stables reserved, include numbers and dates in your enquiry.

Enquire / BookHosting a clinic at NLE
We welcome visiting instructors and organisers who want a professional venue for a smooth clinic day (or a multi-day stay with stabling). Clinics typically use the indoor arena from 8:00am–8:00pm, with optional stable hire for attendees. Clinic organisers will use the NLE App to add riders and horse details, link riders to the clinic, and upload relevant insurance documents.
To make booking easy, please send:
• Dates (and whether you need multiple days)
• Which facility/facilities you want (indoor/outdoor/canter track)
• Estimated number of horses/riders
• Whether you need overnight stables (and how many)
• Whether you’d like to hire the PA system (booked in advance)
All riders must hold a minimum of third party liability insurance. Clinic organisers must hold public liability insurance (minimum £2m). These details can be added in the NLE App, along with rider/horse names and uploaded insurance documents.
For multi-day clinics or overnight stays, bedding and hay amounts must be entered into the NLE App at least 7 days before the clinic. Further details will be provided during booking.
